September 23, 2023I thoroughly enjoyed "Nutrition and Diet Therapy"! As a health-conscious individual, I was impressed by the comprehensive coverage of nutrition principles and diet therapy techniques presented in this book. The authors have done an excellent job of condensing complex information into accessible chapters that are both informative and engaging. From the basics of macronutrients to advanced concepts like medical nutrition therapy, this text provides a solid foundation for anyone looking to improve their understanding of human nutrition. While there were some areas where I felt more illustrations or visual aids would have been helpful, overall I found the book to be a valuable resource that I will likely refer back to in my future studies and professional practice.

May 05, 2022I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Nutrition and Diet Therapy"! As a health enthusiast, I found the book to be an incredibly informative and practical guide on the principles of nutrition and diet therapy. The authors do an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language, making it accessible to both professionals and non-experts alike. From the science behind macronutrients to the art of creating personalized meal plans, this book covers a wide range of topics that left me feeling empowered to make positive changes in my own diet. While I did find some sections a bit dense at times, the overall value of the knowledge shared far outweighs any minor drawbacks, earning this book a well-deserved spot on my bookshelf.

February 16, 2020I found "Nutrition and Diet Therapy" to be a solid, yet unremarkable read. While it provided a comprehensive overview of the principles and practices of nutrition and diet therapy, I didn't find myself particularly engaged or inspired by the material. The writing was straightforward and informative, but lacked the depth and passion that I crave in a book on this topic. As someone looking to expand their knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, I appreciated the book's clarity and organization, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it as a go-to resource or a page-turner.
