The writing style is straightforward and easy to follow, but it often feels overly simplistic and lacking in real-world examples or case studies that could help illustrate key concepts. As a result, I finished the book feeling like I'd gained some basic knowledge, but not necessarily any new perspectives or tools to inform my clinical practice.

Overall, I found this book to be a reliable reference, but not particularly enjoyable or groundbreaking.
