I just finished reading "Membangun Tim Kerja" and I have to say it was an average read for me. The book provided some useful insights and tips on building a strong team, which is essential in any organization. However, I felt that the content was quite basic and didn't offer anything new or groundbreaking. The examples and case studies were also somewhat limited and failed to fully illustrate the concepts being discussed. Overall, while I did learn a thing or two from this book, I wouldn't say it's a must-read by any stretch of the imagination.
