January 08, 2023I recently finished reading "Handbook of Variables for Environmental Impact Assessment" and I must say it was a thought-provoking experience. As someone who works in the field of environmental science, I appreciated how the book provided a comprehensive and structured approach to understanding the various variables involved in impact assessments. The author's extensive research and expertise are evident throughout the text, making it a valuable resource for professionals and students alike. My only criticism is that the writing style could be more engaging and less technical at times, which made it slightly challenging to get through certain sections. Nevertheless, I found the book to be an essential guide for anyone looking to develop their understanding of environmental impact assessment, and I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues in the field.

August 24, 2022I just finished reading "Handbook of Variables for Environmental Impact Assessment" and I must say it's a comprehensive guide that provides a thorough understanding of the variables involved in assessing environmental impact. The author has done an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into clear and concise language, making it easy to follow even for those without a strong scientific background. I particularly appreciated the detailed examples and case studies used throughout the book to illustrate key points. While some readers may find the technical jargon overwhelming at times, overall I found this handbook to be an invaluable resource that will undoubtedly become a go-to guide in my field of study.

October 12, 2021I just finished reading "Handbook of Variables for Environmental Impact Assessment" and I must say it's a comprehensive guide for anyone working in the field of environmental impact assessment (EIA). The book provides an extensive list of variables to consider when conducting EIA, making it a valuable resource for practitioners. What I particularly appreciated was the clear and concise explanation of each variable, which made it easy to understand even for those without prior knowledge in the subject. The only reason I wouldn't give it a full 5 stars is that the book could have benefited from more real-world examples or case studies to illustrate the practical applications of the variables discussed. Nonetheless, this handbook is an essential addition to any EIA professional's library and I would highly recommend it for its thoroughness and usefulness.
