February 01, 2024I just finished reading "Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan Wilayah Pesisir" (Marine and Coastal Resource Management) and I must say it's a game-changer! The author has woven together fascinating insights, practical examples, and the latest research in the field of marine and coastal resource management. From the complexities of ocean governance to innovative approaches for sustainable fishing practices, this book is a comprehensive guide that will resonate with students, researchers, policymakers, and anyone interested in making a positive impact on our planet's most precious resources.

February 09, 2022I just finished reading "Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan Wilayah Pesisir" and I must say it was a decent read, but not exactly what I was expecting. The book provided a comprehensive overview of the management of marine resources and coastal areas in Indonesia, covering topics such as ocean conservation, fisheries management, and disaster risk reduction. However, I found the writing style to be somewhat dry and lacking in depth, which made it hard to become fully engaged with the material. Additionally, some of the chapters seemed a bit disconnected from each other, making it difficult to follow the author's main arguments. Overall, while this book is definitely worth reading for those interested in marine resource management, I think it could have been improved with more analysis and examples to make it feel more like a complete package.

May 09, 2020This book is an absolute gem! As someone who's always been fascinated by the complexities of marine resources management and coastal zone governance, I was thoroughly impressed with the depth and breadth of knowledge presented in this comprehensive guide. The author's expertise shines through on every page, offering a nuanced understanding of the interconnectedness between human activities, environmental sustainability, and social equity in the context of Indonesia's vast coastal ecosystems. What I appreciate most is the book's commitment to providing actionable recommendations for policymakers, practitioners, and community leaders who are striving to create more resilient and sustainable futures for our oceans and coastlines. Overall, this book has left me feeling empowered with a wealth of knowledge that I'm excited to share with others!
