I just finished reading "International Travel and Health" and I have to say it was an informative read, but not necessarily a thrilling one. The book provided a comprehensive overview of the health risks associated with traveling abroad, from infectious diseases to environmental hazards. However, at times the content felt a bit dry and overly technical for my taste, making it feel more like a textbook than an engaging narrative. Despite this, I appreciated the detailed guidance on how to prepare for different types of travel and what steps to take in case of an emergency. Overall, I'd recommend "International Travel and Health" to anyone who's planning an international trip, but I wouldn't say it's a must-read for everyone else.
