ber-amarma’ruf dan nahi mungkar. Upaya penanganan penyakit kronis ini dilakukan melalui berbagai jenjang. Selain melalui pelayanan-asuhan rumah sakit (hospital care), penyakit kronis juga dapat ditangani di luar rmah sakit melalui pelayanan asuhan di rumah (homecare). Layanan homecare pada era milenial semakin diminati oleh masyarakat tertentu yang menginginkan layanan kesehatan dari tenaga kesehatan yang bermutu dan berkualitas di luar area pelayanan kesehatan pada umumnya. Terutama di masa pandemi seperti saat ini, pelayanan homecare menjadi satu alternatif yang cukup banyak diminati bagi penyandang penyakit kronis yang rentan tertular virus SARSs COV-2 saat melakukan kontak erat dengan rumah sakit. Untuk melaksanakan upaya pelayanan-asuhan kesehatan, khususnya homecare ini, sangat diperlukan peran perawat professional yang dapat memberi asuhan keperawatan dengan benar dan baik dalam jumlah yang memadai. Oleh karena itu mahasiswa Profesi Ners XXIII Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta mengadakan Seminar Nasional Keperawatan dan Call for Paper dengan tema Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang berfokus pada “Upaya Peningkatan Derajat Kesehatan Penderita Penyakit Kronis Melalui Home Care Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19”. Seminar Nasional Keperawatan dan Call for paper ini telah terlaksana pada tanggal 28 Maret 2021. Prosiding ini adalah publikasi dari karya-karya hasil penelitian dan artikel yang dipresentasikan pada Seminar Nasional Keperawatan dan Call for Paper The 4nd SEMNASKEP XXIII. Penulis-penulis berasal dari mahasiswa (S1, Profesi Ners, S2), dosen dan Perawat senior yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit.
