January 29, 2023I just finished reading this book and I must say it's a game-changer! The author has done an excellent job in highlighting the importance of optimalizing Posbindu (Community Health Center) and Posyandu (Village Health Post) services, especially for elderly populations. The writing is clear, concise, and engaging, making complex concepts easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the book's focus on empowering communities to take ownership of their health, which is a crucial step towards achieving better health outcomes. The inclusion of real-life examples and case studies added depth and context to the discussions, making this book a valuable resource for anyone interested in community-based healthcare initiatives. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone working in public health or community development!

August 05, 2022I just finished reading this book and I have to say that it was an average read for me. The title itself suggested a very specific and technical topic, which indeed it was. The author delved deep into the world of Posbindu and Posyandu Lansia, explaining their roles in promoting health at the family level and managing diabetes mellitus. While I appreciated the effort to break down complex concepts into understandable language, some chapters felt a bit dry and lacked engaging examples or real-life anecdotes that could have made the content more relatable and memorable. Overall, this book is likely to appeal to those already familiar with the subject matter, but might not hold as much interest for readers looking for a broader or more general health-focused discussion.

February 19, 2020I just finished reading this book and I must say it's a well-researched and informative resource on the topic of optimizing community health posts (Posbindu and Posyandu) to address family health and diabetes issues. The author provides a thorough analysis of the current challenges facing these community-based healthcare systems, as well as practical solutions for improvement. One of my favorite aspects of this book is its focus on empowering local communities to take charge of their own health needs, which I believe is essential for sustainable healthcare development in Indonesia. However, at times the writing felt a bit dry and academic, making it less engaging than I had hoped. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in public health policy or community-based healthcare initiatives.
